Why join the network?
A rental booking needs more than a photograph and a daily price. Customers need an accurate vehicle description, clear collection and return arrangements, and a supplier who can honour the agreed availability. Joining gives your business a route into the shared network while keeping your operating capabilities explicit. Listing is subject to review and does not guarantee bookings.
Who this is for
For rental businesses and other eligible suppliers with legal authority to rent the proposed vehicles. The car-hire route is distinct from supplying a car with a chauffeur. Describe collection locations, delivery capability, operating hours, vehicle availability and handover procedures accurately.
Prepare for a thorough review
Legal rental authority
Provide business details, registration and ownership or written authority that permits the vehicle to be rented. An owner’s private permission to drive is not proof of authority to hire it out.
Strict vehicle criteria
Each vehicle must meet the approved class and capacity, roadworthiness, safety-equipment, cleanliness and maintenance requirements. Supply accurate make/model/year details and current condition photographs. Exact eligibility is confirmed during review.
Insurance permitting self-drive rental
Upload current policy evidence covering the proposed rental use and authorised hirers, with applicable liability cover. Private-use or chauffeur-only insurance does not establish self-drive cover. Review must be complete before activation.
Handover and availability
Keep collection, delivery, return, condition-recording and maintenance arrangements clear. Declare unavailable dates and existing commitments so a vehicle cannot be promised for overlapping bookings.
Requirements depend on the service, vehicle and operating location. iDrive reviews what applies to your application. Expired or unsuitable documents cannot qualify a vehicle for work; replacement evidence needs a fresh review.
Know the commercial terms
iDrive transport/supplier commission is 10–30% under the agreed commercial arrangement. Confirm the relevant rental calculation basis and treatment of deposits, extras and other charges in your agreement; do not assume the percentage applies to every amount collected. The approved contractual supplier receives the payable for the service.
Partner and independent-driver earnings, approved bank details and payout records belong in their protected iDrive dashboards. Drivers working on a partner’s jobs are paid by that partner, not separately by iDrive. Payoneer is the planned external payout route, subject to verified payee eligibility, holds and finance approval. Driver/partner bank-detail self-service and the payout integration are still being completed; application is not a promise of immediate payment access.
